Adding flags to letsencrypt command #142

Working on the Cotton University project, we repeatedly found that the run_letsencrypt state's command would fail unless --text --non-interactive was added.

Looks reasonable; the new arguments are in the docs at http://letsencrypt.readthedocs.io/en/latest/using.html#commands, so :shipit:
