Activate plugin in Markdown files as well #10

Many flavors of markdown allow embedded LaTeX equations (using the $ and $$ markers). It'd be great if the plugin rendered those as well. (ping @sapitts)

Ah, I see you are only checking if the current scope contains math. It seems that the solution would be to use a proper language package for the augmented markdown...

Installing language-markdown fixes this!
