Translate missing strings for Agency card UX, CalFresh #2097

While working on #2074 and #2075 we noticed a few strings that were missing translations:

“Please enter a 5 digit number.”
“We use the information on your MST Courtesy Card to find the record of your transit benefit in our system.”
“Please enter your last name the same way it is printed on your card, including capital letters and hyphens.”
“We use the information on your SBMTD Reduced Fare Mobility ID card to find the record of your transit benefit in our system.”
“CalFresh benefit overview”

@lalver1 is going to translate for us to avoid blocking the planned release.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Each string above is translated to Spanish and added to the PO file
