Fix: remove source control block #2164

This doesn't seem to be configurable via Terraform in a way that makes the UI match what we expect.

I have configured the UI the way we want, and locally running terraform plan shows no changes.

So I'm expecting the pipeline to show no changes either, and this issue to be finally resolved.
