1 year ago We have found a good solution for adding vendor-type to Hubspot. We are looking into a new feature that allows us to show vendor-only properties, which could include a vendor-type. What vendor-type options should we include in it (GTFS-RT, Contactless, etc.)? Do you have other properties that would be helpful to include in Hubspot for Vendors?
Also, to respond to these questions:
1. Does the CRM have any sort of flag for vendor and vendor type (i.e. GTFS-RT)?
- We have a
company-typeproperty wherevendoris an option along with Transit Agency, Transit Association, etc. There is no vendor type currently in Hubspot.
2. Does the CRM include anyone who has asked to be on our vendor list (I'm not sure if we have a form for this now, but we used to)
- Our vendor form went live on the new contact form on CA Mobility Marketplace
3. If/how should we be tracking outreach to the vendors?
- I think outreach should continue to be done in Hubpsot, unless for specific use cases that you can discuss with the CRM team.

Scott, E, Lauren, Zachary, and Kay were chatting about how to make sure we are communicating with potential respondents to the GTFS-RT procurement and wanted to know if/how we should be leveraging the CRM in addition to the ongoing relationships/meetings that Scott is convening.
