[Reporting Request]: GTFS task reporting #248

What kind of data are you looking for?

As the transit data quality manager, I would like to have reports on open/closed tasks related to tracking GTFS data quality, So that I can show how many things we're working on/how many are open/resolved, etc

I'd also like to be able to have the reports broken out by district.

When would you like to receive this report?

@evansiroky This can definitely be done if you're willing to switch from using HubSpot tasks into using the internal support pipeline (which goes along with the recommendation and draft SOP for #238). Using the internal support pipeline will allow us to easily track open/closed issues monthly, or any other time frame, plus create custom reports to show things like district break out. Unfortunately, reporting on HubSpot tasks, while possible, provides much less flexibility.

Are you alright with moving data quality issues into the internal support pipeline? If so, we can get the reporting structure set up fairly quickly and probably start sending you a monthly report in June.

Anthony will fulfill this reporting request by making a dashboard with various charts that give an overview of the status of data quality tickets over the previous month.

ok, let's collaborate on this as we move forward. I may end up doing my own reporting given the newly-created transit data quality issue base in Airtable.

@evansiroky You can review what we have so far in the dashboard. It showcases the current status of all GTFS Quality issues in the Internal Support Pipeline, broken down by Caltrans districts. We can add charts to show the month-by-month or week-by-week differences, but there has yet to be much movement with these. I am happy to change this, so let me know what you need.

Interesting, I didn't know that Hubspot could have dashboards. I think we can consider this good for now. Depending on what Gillian asks for in my reporting, I'll let you know if I need more info.

Yep, we are looking to move some of this data into Metabase so we can have all info in one place too.
