Import grants data #281

Amanda, with DDS, has grant data on transit agencies that must be imported into the CRM. Determine through SB 125 if other grant data can be imported into the CRM. There are a few things to consider about this data:

@AnthonyRollins we have a lot of this data already (Gillian asks Amanda for it pretty often) so we should see what we have before asking her. TIRCP: PDFs of active projects and awardees for each cycle are hosted on the CalSTA website. Some of those are in our folder on the drive. They used to be scattered so I made this folder for convenience. 5311/state of good repair: spreadsheet from Amanda from May of this year TDA: a bit harder to come across a list, but we have info saved from the state controller's office. All TDA recipients must annually provide a report to the SCO LCTOP: latest info will be out in July; reports on active projects are annually and new awards are also granted annually

We can definitely tag these since this request keeps coming up, and it does provide a more complete agency profile, but IMO the most difficult part of this is how to tag things like TIRCP and LCTOP - any active project? only ones in the most recent award? maintenance?. TDA is pretty stable in terms of who gets the money and is not "awarded" like the others are.

This will be built out with the new custom objects, Grants. We will plan to implement this during Q3, as we have two custom objects; contracts and vendors.
