@laneymangan ready for ya, finally! This one definitely has some fun nuances/thought puzzles to it. Basically the whole thing could use another set of eyes, but I also flagged some specific parts. Also, I don't want this to be a repeat of any training guides, so if there are any others we can link out to that I missed, feel free to add that in. Thank you!

To be revisited as a top priority in 2024, taking into account new tier system

@o-ram @laneymangan let's plan to slot this in after the tiers, sometime after the tier process has been worked in in mid-February.

@AnthonyRollins I'm going to move up the start date because this is probably our highest priority SOP that would clarify a lot for everybody, and we can do a lot without the tiers being finalized.

Development of this SOP needs to include vendor association work now that the vendor custom object is built out
