Survey is currently being developed and in Hubspot surveys. @AnthonyRollins I got a few questions to review with you to make sure everything is aligned.

@AnthonyRollins Survey has been edited for second draft. I switched some questions to radio answers and kept some of the short form answer slots. Might need some collaboration if we want all radio answers, I was feeling like I was eliminating too many opportunities to get deeper info, but definitely open to others!

@ProvvidenzaC I looked through the survey, and I think it looks good; now we just need to figure out the best way to communicate it. Maybe something for the newsletter?

@ProvvidenzaC I think we should put this on hold as we explore more CS oriented needs related to Journey mapping CS team.
