As a GRaaS Program Manager, I want (re:CRM visualization) equal authorization across team members, so that all team members can update agency status in real time and not rely on single authorized user. #39

This user story was in reference to two items, ticketing and pipeline updates. More scoped out, I think this user story and stories like it are in reference to permissions and paid seats.

Here is a Knowledge Base about permissions and here's one about Managing Seats

My sense is that we would need to create a mini guide for future Caltrans Super Admin of the typical permissions that show up for each team as these other guides are really dense and likely beyond the scope of the immediate need.
