complete profile maintenance

This is specific to Nina and Marie since we are new AMs! The maintenance should focus on:

merging/removing duplicates
check associated contacts (emails, titles, phone number)
review/update associated deals (open/closed issues)
checking on latest tickets
check off tasks
Next round include checking if vendors are associated correctly
keep in mind things you would want to see on the agencies profiles

I updated the things we should focus on from our AM sync mtg. Also noting that the vendor associations wont be applicable until after @laneymangan completes this and meet with adam and scott.
