What problem are you trying to solve for?

We must determine the current stage/phase for all transit agencies with Cal-ITP products. We have information about each transit agency in different places.

What is the goal of the pipeline you are trying to solve for?

This is a way to share external reports about the status of all transit agencies in CA as they relate to Cal-ITP products. It is important to know which agency is in what stage and using what Cal-ITP service.

What stages would you like in the pipeline?

No Contact, Contacted, Enagaged, First Product, Two Products, Three Products, Final
