SOP: G03, Requesting Campaigns #537

Will be completed by campaign guide framework being developed with Caitlin

Notes: How a campaign is requested (for other teams, but important for AM to know about) Most of the specific to-dos depend on the request, though a general guide on campaigns should cover the basics

I have split the Campaign Guide Template and Campaign Guide SOP up. Made sure the links to the Campaign Guide Template and Campaign Guide SOP are in the Customer Success Documentation Catalog. Both docs are still in progress, but when I've gotten them as far as I can take them, I'll flag them for review!
