@ninadinh-la and @mariearaneta would you mind reviewing this SOP? This is our SOP for the external support pipeline, it could use fresh eyes. Feel free to comment in the doc with any questions or comments. Let us know if there is any confusion about the difference in expectations between this pipeline and the internal support pipeline.

Hi @laneymangan apologies for the delay, this request kept getting pushed down in the shuffle for me.

I reviewed and everything made sense. I wonder if this would be confusing / verbose if I had not had hubspot experience already (ie. if I reviewed this back in May). But as someone who is more versed in it, I found it all sound.
