Organize drive folders #573

Review the drive for the Customer Success Workspace and delete, combine and organize the folders. These folders contain many out-of-date documents that should be archived and many folders that should be combined.

@laneymangan @o-ram We should schedule a time next week to work on this, but I wanted to check if you have spent any time on this.

@AnthonyRollins I haven't been able to spend much time on it but I was planning to work on this on the 25th and 26th since that is a short/holiday week and I imagine it will be quieter. If there is a need to work on it sooner than that, let me know.
