Detailed description:
[x] dockerize personal repo - contest table should be standalone with explanations, fully reproducible, etc. use the same image as the Hub, add additional requirements.txt needed for quarto-cli, quarto, polars. Work here: https://github.com/tiffanychu90/great-tables-contest
[x] create 1 table showing arrivals by hour for weekday vs weekend
[x] add n_trips, caltrans_district columns
[ ] add route_types interpreted as icons?
[ ] see if we can organize it by district and interactively open / close sections
