Deploy gatus (pairing session) #2674

I am going to pair with @themightychris and @SorenSpicknall on deploying https://github.com/TwiN/gatus to replace Cabot as our uptime checker. Planning to deploy on a VM outside any of our k8s clusters; soft proposal to share a repository for configuring checks and alerts.

The deploy is done but I would like to add some additional checks before closing.
