As a transit provider staff person responsible for realtime customer information, I'd like to provide guidance to my management about how to improve our GTFS-Realtime Uptime

As a transit technology company assisting a transit provider with GTFS Realtime, I'd like to provide guidance to my client about how to improve GTFS-Realtime uptime as well as address whatever strategies I can within my own products
