@mlgilbert18 For the customers stories, we should use this an opportunity to create https://www.camobilitymarketplace.org/get-connected (the product landing page). The intention is to have a product landing page and a product guide for each product, we just didn't do it for connectivity because it was still so new and the need wasn't there yet. Lmk your thoughts. We'd need some updated graphics for connectivity and some content development but that could be helpful to build out a "landing page" for the product before dropping folks into the nitty gritty. cc @segacy1

I would suggest we incorporate the FAQs into our current "guide." That was the intent of this design and allows us to link to each question/topic individually for ease of use/navigation.
My initial suggestions below:
It seems questions 1-4 are all about First Net. We could add a section called First Net Details or something like that and add these questions below.
For questions 5-7, we could position them like the other sections on the page:

We are happy to keep this in the guide format. In order to keep this more general, we would like to please request that Questions https://github.com/cal-itp/mobility-marketplace/pull/1-5 can be under a new section entitled, "New Data Plan Options". We are in agreement with your changes re: Question 6 under the new section "Switching carriers / Changing plans" and Question 7 moved to the "How do I get started?" section. The PDF for the Self-Service Instructions (see above comment) could also be linked here in this 'How do I get started' section. @laurenbrennanrebel thank you for the follow up! I will reorganize the content into the guide and we will share a link you all can review prior to going live.
Are the customer stories ready? I see the MobiMart short paragraphs in the linked google docs and think we could explore how to put those onto a landing page with a logo for the agency. Let me know and we can figure that out next (we will push the content changes to the guide first).
@machikoyasuda I will update the guide content in our changelog here. I will add a new version section so we have a record here of what changed. Let me know if you need anything else.

I have 2 comments / questions:
- I wasn't sure about where to add the “New data plan options” section. It would seem to make most sense either after “Choosing a carrier” once FirstNet is already introduced OR at the very bottom of the page, as the last section. The issue with putting it after "Choosing a carrier" is that the questions are very long for that section and thus the headers look a bit messy. I'm proposing adding it as the last section. Lmk your thoughts. (Alternatively we could try to shorten / condense the questions, if possible).
- Please resolve the open questions here so we can upload as a pdf.

@laurenbrennanrebel thank you! Last thing - what is the status on the customer stories? We can begin designing the landing page for connectivity this sprint and slot implementation for October. It will require the stories, logos and any other content you'd like to add to the page. Happy to also set up a mtg to brainstorm ideas for that, if preferred.
