Currently the ODS website is published at ods.calitp.org.

To fully extract ODS from being within Caltrans, we need to:

[ ] identify a new DNS (@thekaveman @hunterowens @safrazier17 ideas?)
[ ] update repo docs to know about new DNS @thekaveman
[ ] update documentation/other materials to refer to new website @safrazier17
[ ] set up a redirect on ods.calitp.org --> wherecer we decide @thekaveman
