fix: Report updates for v2 warehouse #219

Description

Updates report generation for warehouse v2
Removes the notebook generation for python file
Adds pre-commit and flake8, black, isort linters and style checkers
Adds linting check to code commits
Updates readme and docs

This has been tested by generating the Jan reports.
