DKIM configuration for HubSpot Marketing / bulk email sending feature.

This is now done:

$ dig CNAME hs1-5519226._domainkey.calitp.org.
hs1-5519226._domainkey.calitp.org. 300 IN CNAME calitp-org.hs13a.dkim.hubspotemail.net.

$ dig CNAME hs2-5519226._domainkey.calitp.org.
hs2-5519226._domainkey.calitp.org. 300 IN CNAME calitp-org.hs13b.dkim.hubspotemail.net.
