Screen and input switch in machine room (909) did not work #13

[2021/09/06] We found the KVM in machine room is broken. [2021/09/11] Send the KVM back to vendor to fix.

It would cost 350 NTD to exam the machine and come out a price for fix.

Message to the vendor for fix the KVM is send. Reply:

  1. It needs 350 for examination.
  2. It would cause more to fix the KVM.

The KVM was reported as normal. After trying several times, it works. But we found the converter is broken.
