Install 3080 Ti when it arrives and test it #15

Which node should we install?

[2021/09/08] RTX3080Ti is arrived, we can test it on a node.

Replace GPU 3080 on eureka33 with 3080Ti and test it Waiting for the property label.

[2021/09/24] The property label is coming.
