@jmoody need to merge release/0.21.6 into develop. must do this through PR since I originally created the PR from the fork.

also, i want to make sure that the minimum server version does NOT need to be updated? https://github.com/calabash/calabash-ios/blob/develop/calabash-cucumber/lib/calabash-cucumber/version.rb#L10

We usually keep the server and gem version the same to avoid confusing users.

In this case, there are no changes to the LPServer API, so the minimum version can remain 0.21.5.
