How can I translate Outcall to German?

Is there any possibility to help translating Outcall to german, or can I do
it by myself?

Please download the source code zip file from download page. Inside the ZIP 
file you
will find a folder called "Translations\\English" folder and you will find the
outcall.po file inside, which you can use to translate outcall to German. 
Please use
program called Poedit (http://www.poedit.net/) to open outcall.po file. The 
output
from Poedit is a file called "outcall.mo" which can be used in Outcall to add 
new
language.
When you finish translation, please send us outcall.mo file so that we can add 
German
language in our next release.
