Cannot find contact on incoming call #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dial in the first time - Outcall opens a new contact - add extra info
and save
2. Dial in a second time - Outcall will not find the just added contact and
opens a second new one
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Outcall should find the previous call

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.55 - With Outlook 2007, Exchange 2003

Please provide any additional information below.

OutCALL does not sync with Outlook contacts in real time. It has an option in
Settings dialog to refresh contacts every X minutes. So, when you add contact in
Outlook, you must sync OutCALL and Outlook contacts. You can do it manually: 
tray
icon menu->Import Contacts->From Outlook.

We have fixed this issue. It will be available in the next version which will 
be released soon.
