What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Initiate a call - The callout dialog display contact name as "?????"
instead of real name as entered and displayed in Outlook.
2. Receive a call to a known contact in Outlook, the popup displays name as
"?????" instead of real name.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is real name in Hebrew as entered and displayed in Outlook.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, Outlook 2007, OutCall 1.55.

Please provide any additional information below.
