Adding prefixes for company dialing such as 1 and 9 #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When calling from outlook using outcall it will dial only the number
given. such as if the number is displayed in outlook as 123-456-7890 it
will dial that number. Is there a setting to configure for adding a 1 for
long distance as well as adding a 9 for an outside line?

I see that there are Outlook Import Rules but that doesn't make any sense
to me. Is there documentation on that tab? I'm guessing thats what i need
to use to configure my needs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have the option to configure outcall to use 91 for a prefix when dialing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

There is option "Outgoing prefix" under Settings->Dialing Rules tab. Every time
you call some number, the specified prefix will be added to the number.
From what I can see, you want to have prefix on specific numbers only, but we
do not have such feature.
As for the Import rules, they are useful to tell OutCALL that numbers starting
with specific prefix, should be replaced with something else. For example,
replace numbers starting with "+387 (035)" with 0038735. This way OutCALL can
match inbound calls with the corresponding contact in MS Outlook. Also, when
dialing out it will use the formatted number (in this case 0038735...).
