Outlook XP (2002) Contact Name does not appear in popup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed on Asterisk System
2. User using Outlook XP (Office 2002)
3. When any person calls in, only the cli number is displayed, the name 
does not appear. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see the caller name

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

WIndow sXP SP3. Office 2002.

Please provide any additional information below.

Tried importing contacts from Outlook.

If it finds the exactly same number in Outlook (as callerid), it will display 
the contact name who has that phone number.
However, many times you have Outlook numbers like +123 (456) etc... and 
Asterisk sends 00123456 etc... So, to solve this problem, you must define 
"Outlook import rules" under the tab with the same name (Settings dialog in 
OutCALL).
