History extern number if a call is transfered from intern phone

Hello, 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.55, Windows XP- Seven with Outlook 2003 and 2007

Please provide any additional information below.

This tool is perfect but I have information about a matter related to the 
history of incoming calls. 

Using the software is tested with a central Asterisk. 

Problem: 
If a call comes from an outside line, OutCall number and displays it OK. 
If an external call is transferred from a internal extension to the 
internal extension in relation OutCall, is the internal extension number 
that is in history when we should view the telephone number of the 
external call (or two). 

Question: 
Is it possible to change a setting to display the external number if it is 
available?

Cet outil est parfait mais j'aimerais avoir des informations concernant 
une question liée à l'historique des appels entrants.

L'utilisation du logiciel est testé avec une centrale Asterisk.

Problème:
Si un appel provient d'une ligne externe, OutCall affiche le numéro et 
c'est OK.
Si un appel externe est transféré depuis un poste interne vers le poste en 
rapport avec OutCall, c'est le numéro du poste interne qui est dans 
l'historique alors qu'il faudrait afficher le numéro de téléphone de 
l'appel externe (ou les deux).

Question:
Est-ce possible de modifier un paramètre pour afficher le numéro externe 
si il est disponible?
