Outcall is not working on Outlook  2010. I do not see the button, and do not 
have popup, nor option to call from Outlook 2010, but I am able to import 
contacts and dial form Outcall itself

I'm not able to integrate outcall 1.60 witch outlook 2010, it seem a MAPI 
problem, can you help me?

I only would associate number to my outlook contacts, so when I receive a call 
I can sse contact name in outcall popoup, this work for you using outlook 2010?

What can we do to add this? Developers? I am willing to help this be quickly 
fixed. I cannot even get the sln to compile in VS 2010 Ultimate it keeps 
freaking out about the MSO.Dll and also the MSOUTL.OLB, even though I resolved 
the MSOUTL.DLL Dep, the MSO.Dll file seams to evade me. Let me know. Even if I 
have to build a Outlook 2010 add-in that calls upon outcal instead of 
integrating it all within the outcal binary, let me know the interface spec and 
where it can be called from. My appologies but, I do not have enough time to 
read your source code. Thanks!

Same issue here.  MAPI issue on Win 7 x64 and Office 2010 x64.

It seems the project has been abandoned.  We will probably see Outlook 2014 
before we see an x64-compatible OutCALL.  oh well...

Anyone know of any good plugins for Outlook and Asterisk? I am willing to use 
paid commercial software as well.
