missing outcall toolbar #52

for some reason, i do not have the outcall toolbar and icon on the outlook.

i have only the outlook's standard toolbar and advanced toolbar.

when i right click the toolbar area, i dont see it available or hidden.

can you tell me how can i restore it?

You must enable "Outlook Integration" in OutCALL under Settings->Outlook.
Please note that on Windows Vista/Windows 7 you must run OutCALL as 
administrator in order to do this.
Restart of Outlook is required.
