outcall does not start #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed outcall
2. Tried to start it from START menu (XP professional)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It does not start properly.
It returns with the following error message:

The application instructed runtime to terminate in an unexpected way.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
outcall 1.55, windows XP professional, MS office2003

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you please try to run outcall from the installation folder directly, rather 
then
running it from the shortcut? Also, can you send me the outcall.log file from
"C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\OutCALL"?
