dials extension and hangs up #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install version 1.55 with auth win xp
2. dialed from outlook
3. extensions rings but the call never makes it to asterisk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the extension rings pickup the extension and the line promptly hangs up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.55

Same problem here.
Outcall 1.55.
Outlook 2007.
W2003 terminal server (x64).

Select extension.
Dial.
Extension rings.
Pick up phone.
Line is dead.

This is some Asterisk configuration issue. You should check your dial plan and 
cli to
see why it happens.

Can you give some idea of what the Asterisk configuration should be?

I don't know really what is the problem, but as long as the phone rings i can 
tell
that it has to do something with the Asterisk configuration. You should check 
CLI
after placing the call, or send us Debug Info from OutCALL.

This is probably because you have the dialing rules outgoing context set to 
"Default"
For asterisk installs from distro's like Pbx in a flash, this has to be changed 
to
"from-internal"
