Added syndicate branding & donate link to sidebar #16

There is now Stumptown Syndicate branding and a donate link the left sidebar. Upon clicking the button the user is taken to the Syndicates paypal page to donate.

We're going to do something slightly different here (Calagator is being sponsored by Stumptown Syndicate -- at least for hosting -- and we're going to use a different fundraising approach).
