Slimmer MQTT library #149

MQTT.js is 200KB
everything else put together for player2/browser2 is 50KB
https://github.com/shanewholloway/js-u8-mqtt is 16KB

200KB isn't much in a multimedia app where we assume users are on wifi rather than mobile... but it makes me feel bad that the transport library is 80% of our code bundle size

Browser2: 250KB -> 75KB
Player2: 220KB -> 40KB

(JS is still a drop in the bucket compared to all the multimedia stuff we do, but still)
