Podium start button is confusing #158

When faced with a "press to start" button, most people press the button, but some people press the video, and some people swipe the button...

I guess any kind of "touching the tablet" should be good enough to start?

"Touch anywhere" is a bit tricky because we also need to support touching to get at the settings screen - but I've replaced the text "Press to start" with "Tap here to start", which is hopefully clear enough, and we can revisit later if needed
