time sync isn't working quite right #201

when the player laptop is 15 seconds ahead of the server, it starts the track with the seek bar set 15 seconds in, and it ends the track 15 seconds early

should be fixed with the latest use-react-servertime package, used in 0427eacbf0c69ad24c30dd3ea72cab226aab3c12 / 3303a506a34d2797a67c7d3f32f7b830e1b3dd53
