drag & drop gets confused if playlist updates #89

Looks like if somebody is in the middle of dragging & dropping to reorder the playlist when a currently-playing track ends (which refreshes the list), things get stuck in drag & drop mode? Not sure exactly what happened, observed something like this at minami

I didn't consciously fix this, but after a bunch of behind the scenes rewrites, it appears to work fine now
