Flatpak packages: decide if install from local media #32

I will try to add usb installation and from usb. Why? Because there is not need to install from network, if the same version are on CD/DVD media (install media).

In such case, we can try to install from local media. If version differs, we can install from network. Take in mind Flatpak store information about source repository of installed package.
