I believe if someone is in a stealth vehicle (e.g. Akula or Raiju jet), they should be marked as OTR in the player list. I know that Reveal Off The Radar Players will mark them on the radar even if they're in stealth mode, and I feel it would be better if they also get marked as Off The Radar in Stand's player list.
