Bug -- 'Separate' can play the notes together, or oddly. #19

Three symptoms really, but they're likely related:

  1. Click 'Separate' while a (not-separated) chord is played. ---> Notes play together.
  2. Click 'Separate' while the first note of the two is played. ---> Notes play together.
  3. Click 'Separate' while the second note of the two is played. ---> The first note immediately plays again, then the second note plays when the old second note is finished.

Resolved a the crash (touch 'Separate' after it's been used once before).
