Custom difficulty of 1 crashes the app #39

If not immediately when flipping back to MainView, then when touching a left or right answer arrow.

It slays my computer thinking about something...

This is OTG Intervals and OTG Chords.

We think this was an issue with the RNG for the answer picker. The picker now just resets to index 0 -- simple, effective.
