Answer picker switches on Settings load #8

Touching the settings gear immediately switches the answer picker back to Major Third. That should only happen when flipping back from settings IF the difficulty has changed.

Answer text doesn't change when the difficulty is the same as before (MainVC.m).

Side effect: shouldn't ever change when flipping TO Settings.
