Add support for "max" and "unmax". #13

Add support for "max" to maximize a window and "unmax" to unmaximize or restore a window size. I'm not a python programming expert, but I think the code is at least acceptable. Feel free to optimize! This should address the issue Petition to add "maximize" option. #12 as well.

Unnecessary -- can remap this command in the Window Manager.
