All switch created by "ok next" button does not appeared ... only last switch is showed #27

  1. add new swtich
  2. add another by clicking to "ok, next" button
  3. add a second, third, ...
  4. on the last switch added, click on "ok" to finish
  5. on the left pane, only last switch added is showed
