ip 10.0.0.123 for each new elements created. #4

When you add an element with calaos installer, (shutte, light, ...) in takes the default ip address 10.0.0.123. you the need to edit the properties of this element to change th ip address.

This is also a difficulty when you have many WAGO PLCs.

Fixed, now you can configure the default IP address in settings dialog
