Improvements for permalink pages #11

Might be a good idea to have on permalink pages:

  1. Some way of telling the user that this is a permalink page
  2. Getting rid of the highstepper in the middle in order to have more width for photos and text
  3. High res photos for photo posts
  4. Link back to main page
  5. Notes (so and so liked this, so and so reblogged this from whatever)
