Remove ogg alert #175

After finding that AAC format works pretty well per the discussion in #112, removing alert from Safari if Stunt moves towards AAC.

@noahsark769 @rmpowell77 @kmdurand is everyone satisfied with the discussion in 112?

Shouldn't we still keep it in? If someone tries to upload an ogg, we should probably tell them rather than just have it not work.

True, but if Stunt only sends out AAC, why would someone upload an ogg? With that argument, we should notify when the user uploads a JPEG rather than just have it not work
